About us

A womenswear development and production partner.

Focused on woven shirts and lightweight officewear for brand teams that value clear execution.

Juliana Apparel develops and produces women's woven shirts and lightweight business womenswear for European brands. We work from your tech pack, size chart or reference sample through to an approved pre-production sample and bulk delivery.

We are deliberately narrow. Woven shirts and lightweight woven womenswear are what we build around, and we would rather be specific about that than present ourselves as a general supplier.

How we work

Two services, not a list of everything

We offer product development and garment production. Pattern making, fabric sourcing, lab dips, print and embroidery development, trim and packaging sourcing, finishing and final inspection all sit inside those two services rather than being sold as separate products.

  • Product Development — from tech pack, size chart or reference sample to an approved sample
  • Garment Production — from confirmed sample to inspected, packed bulk delivery

How we work

A team that covers the whole path

Our Ningbo team spans the design and sample room, fabric and trims warehousing, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing, plus an independent QC group that sits separately from the production line.

Because pattern making, sampling and quality control are in-house, a decision does not have to travel between companies before it becomes a change on the line.

How we work

Our own factory, and long-term partners

We have our own factory and also work with long-term partner factories. Which one runs a project depends on the style, construction, capacity and delivery date, and our own team handles development, material coordination, finishing and quality management across both.

We do not claim that every order is produced in our own factory, and we do not describe a partner factory's capability as ours.

How we work

Quality control is a habit, not a promise

Inspection is full rather than sampling-based, with AQL Major 2.5 and Minor 4.0 applied to defect classification. Third-party inspection is accepted, and you are welcome to inspect the goods yourself or appoint an agent.

  • Every piece inspected before packing
  • An independent QC group separate from the sewing line
  • Measurement, workmanship, color, print and embroidery placement, finishing, trims and packing all checked
  • Third-party inspection accepted before shipment

How we work

Where our work goes

We currently work with brands in Spain, Canada, New Zealand, Poland, France, Greece, Kuwait, Italy, Portugal, Ukraine and the Netherlands. Spain is our first market for this site.

Some of these relationships run for more than a decade with repeat production every season. We do not publish client names, logos, order volumes or designs, and we apply the same rule to every brand we work with.

Fit

Be honest about the fit before you send a tech pack.

Who we are a good fit for

  • Growing brands and established direct-to-consumer brands with a defined development plan
  • Retailers and wholesalers sourcing private-label womenswear
  • Teams that can share a tech pack, size chart, reference sample or clear product direction

Who we are not set up for

  • Buyers looking for a few pieces of ready stock — we produce to order and do not hold retail inventory
  • Projects with no budget or product information to work from
  • Buyers wanting an online checkout, live stock or an instant automated price

If you are not sure which side you are on, send what you have. We will tell you honestly whether we can help.
