Fabric availability
A stock fabric and a developed fabric behave differently on the calendar. We confirm which one a project depends on before committing to a sample date.
Product development
Tech pack review, pattern making, fabric sourcing, lab dips, samples and fit revisions.
Development is where a direction becomes something a production line can execute. We work from your tech pack and size chart, or from a physical reference sample when no technical pack exists, and we keep the decisions visible so your team knows what is confirmed at each stage.
Scope
Everything below sits inside this service rather than being sold as a separate product.
Process
Each stage has defined inputs and something you can review. Nothing moves to the next stage until the open questions are answered.
We read your tech pack, size chart or reference sample and identify what is clear and what still needs a decision before sampling.
You receive
Patterns are built from your measurements, or taken from a reference sample when no tech pack is available.
You receive
Fabric is sourced or developed against your composition, weight and handle requirements, then checked for availability.
You receive
Lab dips are submitted against your color reference so bulk color is agreed before production, not after.
You receive
Prints, embroidery and artwork are developed and trialled before they reach a sample.
You receive
The first sample is made, your fit and construction comments are recorded, and the sample is revised accordingly.
You receive
Labels, trims and packaging are produced from the artwork you supply, so the garment ships as your product.

Reference timings
These are estimates, not guarantees. Fabric, construction, revision rounds, approval speed and scheduling all move the date.
Decision points
Most delays come from these four, not from the work itself.
A stock fabric and a developed fabric behave differently on the calendar. We confirm which one a project depends on before committing to a sample date.
Fit and construction comments are most useful as one consolidated round keyed to the sample. Comments that arrive in several passes add a revision.
Print, embroidery, labels and packaging depend on your artwork and your approval of the trial.
The measurement chart is the reference for both sampling and bulk. Changing it after sampling restarts part of the process.
Buyer questions
Yes. Send a physical sample and we can develop the pattern and sample from it. A tech pack and size chart still give the most predictable result, because measurements and construction are explicit rather than inferred.
Fabric can be sourced and developed by us or supplied by you. If you supply it, we confirm the quantity, width and inspection position before cutting so a shortage does not stop production.
Yes. Color is developed through lab dips submitted against your reference, and bulk color is agreed against the approved dip before production begins.
Product type, target quantity per style and color, size range, fabric or color direction, and your target delivery date. A tech pack, reference sample or clear description of the style makes the assessment faster.
Start with the project details
Share the product type, estimated quantity, target date and your tech pack if available. We will review the project before discussing the next step.
