Garment production

Controlled production from confirmed sample to final inspection.

Material coordination, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing and quality control.

Production starts from the approved sample and does not improvise from there. Materials are confirmed against what was approved, quality is checked on the line and again before packing, and the reference for every check is the sample you signed off.

Scope

What production covers

Everything below sits inside this service rather than being sold as a separate product.

  • Bulk fabric and trim booking against the approved sample
  • Cutting to the approved pattern
  • Sewing and in-line quality checks
  • Finishing, pressing and trimming
  • 100% inspection before packing
  • Packing to your specification
  • Coordination with your inspection party or agent

Process

How a production order runs

The approved pre-production sample is the reference for the whole order. Changes after approval affect both quality control and the delivery date.

Reference timings

Reference timings

These are estimates, not guarantees. Fabric, construction, revision rounds, approval speed and scheduling all move the date.

  • Bulk, stock fabricAbout 30–45 daysAfter all production details are confirmed.
  • Bulk, fabric to be producedAbout 40–60 daysWhen the fabric itself has to be made, which typically takes 15–45 days before production.
  • Peak season and special techniquesConfirmed per orderPeak season, custom fabric and special construction can extend the schedule. We confirm the date for your order rather than quoting a general figure.

Decision points

What usually needs a decision

Most delays come from these four, not from the work itself.

Shade variation between dye lots

Stock fabric can vary in shade between dye lots. We raise this before bulk so an acceptable tolerance is agreed, instead of discovering it at inspection.

Approved sample as the standard

The approved pre-production sample defines measurements, construction and finish. A change after approval is a new decision with a schedule effect.

Inspection arrangement

Tell us early whether you will inspect yourself, send a third party, or ship directly. It changes the packing and handover sequence.

Packing and shipping instructions

Packing method, carton marking and shipping terms are confirmed per order before finishing begins.

Buyer questions

Questions we are asked about this service.

Request a Production Review
01Who inspects the goods before shipment?

Our own QC team inspects every piece, and an independent QC group sits separately from the sewing line. You can also inspect the goods yourself, appoint a third-party inspection company, or ship directly. Third-party inspection is accepted.

02What inspection standard do you work to?

Inspection is full rather than sampling-based, with AQL Major 2.5 and Minor 4.0 applied to the defect classification. Checks cover measurements, workmanship, color consistency, print and embroidery placement, pressing and finishing, trims and packing method.

03What is the production lead time after the pre-production sample is approved?

About 30–45 days when the fabric is available, and about 40–60 days when the fabric has to be produced. Peak season and special techniques can extend this, so we confirm the date for your order.

04Do all orders run in your own factory?

No. We have our own factory and also work with long-term partner factories. Which one runs a project depends on the style, construction, capacity and delivery date. Our own team handles development, material coordination, finishing and quality management across both.
